Software and the Next Generation Internet

NESSI has published a short paper on Software and the Next Generation Internet, setting out how research in software technologies can best meet the needs of the Next Generation Internet (NGI) initiative, which is about to re-engineer today’s Internet so that it “enables human potential, mobility and creativity of the largest possible scale.”
